If you haven't heard your child practice a Christmas or holiday song yet - you will hear it on Saturday, December 5! All parents and siblings are cordially invited to attend the annual Nikolausfeier this Saturday starting around 9.45AM in the main auditorium on the lower level of our school building. Here's what to expect on Saturday: 
 
All students should arrive as usual in their classrooms by 9.30AM. They will be then guided by their teachers to the auditorium where they will perform by grade and present an entertaining holiday program for about an hour and 15 minutes. Following the program, all students will return to their classrooms for activities and a visit from "Nikolaus" or St. Nick.  Some parents may be invited to additional performances by their child's class and can join their children right away. All other parents and (non-student) siblings are invited to the "Buick Café" at 10 Buick Street (right behind the Agganis Arena) for coffee and holiday treats. If time allows, parents who attended their child's classroom performances may follow to the Buick Cafe. Students will be released and should be picked up from their classrooms at 12.30pm. 
 
Please remember that December 12 and 19 are regular school Saturdays. School is closed for the holidays until Saturday, January 9 when everyone returns for the first class in the new year. All students in grades 6 and higher will take the AATG test on January 9.
