Sign up for After School Program at German International School

The German International School Boston is opening its doors to its After School Program with a special "teaser offer" to students from the German Saturday School:
 
Between Monday, January 19th and Thursday, January 30th, students can participate for free in their After School Program. If students choose to continue with a class, regular enrollment starting February 1st is required. Instructions (with the exception of Taekwondo) are held in German.

The following after school activities are currently offered:

Tumbling 3-4pm

Drama Club/Theater 3-4:45pm

Lego League 3:30-4:30pm
Grades 1-3
Challenging and creative Lego projects.
 
Wednesday:
Choir 2-3pm

Wednesday:
Taekwondo 3-4pm
Grades 1-9
The students get an introduction of basic Taekwondo moves and exercises. Having the five tenets of taekwondo (Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Indomitable Spirit, and Self-Control) in mind, they practice moves like: Basic Blocks and Stances combined with Blocks, Punches, Kicks and Taekwondo Cheers. The students learn to understand and embody the truer understanding of the discipline and “art” of taekwondo.
