Before you begin with the registration process, please read the following important announcements:
 
1. Incoming preschool, Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Grade classes are full
The preschool, Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade classes for the 2008/09 school year are already full after placing students who have applied to date. However, it is possible that spaces may become available during the summer. If you would like to place your child(ren) on the waiting list, please email the following information for each child you wish to register to registrar@germansaturdayschoolboston.org: child's name and date of birth, along with your contact information (address, telephone number and email address). Once we receive your information, we will send you an invoice for a one-time, non-refundable $25 waiting list fee per student. We will notify you in case a space becomes available. Should no space for your child/children become available before the 2008/09 school year and you are placed on the waiting list, you will be able to register next year during the preferred registration period for current and waitlisted families. 
 
2. Important steps to remember during registration process:

•  E-mail address required to register

Current and waitlisted families can only register with an e-mail address we have on file in our database. Once you have entered your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail (usually instantly, but depending on your server, it can take some time) with a link that will take you directly into your family's registration form. New families will also be asked to enter an e-mail address and will be prompted to click on "New Family" before receiving an e-mail with a link that will take them to the registration forms.
 

• Click on blue "edit" and "add" links!

The link you receive via email from the webmaster will take you into the "Household Overview" screen. You will see four different tabs and sections. This is only an overview and does not show you the entire information and preferences for each section. YOU MUST CLICK ON THE BLUE "EDIT" or ADD LINKS FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL LINE IN ALL FOUR SECTIONS IN ORDER TO VALIDATE, COMPLETE AND CORRECT THE DETAILED INFORMATION. In other words, even if the household overview shows correct information, you still need to click on edit to view the entire form.
 

• When done with PayPal click on "Return to German Saturday School Boston" link

At the end of the PayPal payment dialog, don't forget to click on the "Return to German Saturday School Boston" link. This is very important to mark your enrollment as completed. In addition please do NOT use the browser back and forward navigation. The enrollment application provides navigation buttons on the webpages to allow to go back to previously viewed pages. 
 

•  How do you get to the registration page?

Registration is online only. Please click <here> to go to the Registration site or on any blue "register" link on this page.
